Getting to the Park

Train Intercity train services run to Heutson Station (30 Minute walk), or Connolly Station ( Bus or Luas Link)
Luas The nearest Luas stop to the park is Heutson Station
Bus 46A (from Dun Laoghaire) terminating at Infirmary Road near the Zoo. 

Hueston station is serviced by route 145 from Kilmacanogue and also by the 90 from the IFSC

Route 37 (Blanchardstown Centre  – Baggot St. (Grand Canal)) passes the Castleknock and Ashtown gates of the Phoenix Park. Nearby the routes (from Baggot St. (Grand Canal))  70 (to Dunboyne), 38, 38A (to Damastown) and 39 (to Ongar), and 39A (Belfield  – Ongar) stop at the Halfway House Ashtown.

Further away routes (from Merrion Sq ) 25a (to Lucan (Esker Church)) and 25b (to Adamstown Rail Station/Foxborough), 51d ( Hawkins St./Waterloo Rd – Clondalkin) and 79 and 79a (both Aston Quay –  Spiddal Park / Parkwest) stop near the side of Heuston station on  St John’s Road West.
